​​Results of the Internal Analysis of Corruption Risks for 2025
In December 2025, the State Enterprise “Otyrar” State Archaeological Museum-Reserve conducted an internal analysis of corruption risks based on the results of its activities for the first half of 2025.
The analysis covered compliance with regulatory legal acts, personnel and management activities, financial and economic operations, public procurement, provision of public services, as well as control functions.
As a result of the analysis, no corruption risks were identified.
The results of the internal analysis were openly discussed with the participation of heads of structural divisions. Systematic efforts to prevent corruption at the enterprise will continue.A seminar on identifying and managing corruption risks was held at the Otyrar State Archaeological Museum-Reserve.
The purpose of the seminar was to identify vulnerable areas in the institution’s activities, introduce mechanisms to reduce risks, and strengthen the principles of transparency and integrity.

During the event, the museum’s compliance officer and legal adviser, Arailym Ametbekova, delivered a presentation on procedures for internal analysis of corruption risks, current legislative requirements, and preventive measures.
The importance of timely risk identification, effective risk management, and improvement of the internal control system was emphasized.
The seminar also addressed potential risk areas in public procurement, personnel decision-making, accounting of material assets, and other organizational processes.
Participants exchanged views and put forward specific proposals on systematizing preventive measures.

The museum staff will continue consistent efforts to develop an anti-corruption culture in strict compliance with legal requirements.
